Your tasks as assistant chef
- Co-responsibility for the kitchen team, including daily operations, shift planning and training
- Ordering goods and inventory management
- Menu planning in collaboration with other teams
- Ensuring your organisation's hygiene standards
What we expect from you
- Experience from a similar position is an advantage, but the right attitude and skills are highly valued
- The ability to take Nomelle's concept and objectives forward
- A passion for the culinary profession and a structured and goal-oriented work style
- Flexibility to work varying working hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Team spirit and the ability to stay on top of things in busy situations
