About Restaurant Palægade
Restaurant Palægade is known for its uncompromising approach to classic smørrebrød for lunch and a top-class Danish/French evening menu. We opened in 2016 and have since established ourselves as a fixture on the Copenhagen restaurant scene.
After a fire in 2020, the restaurant has been rebuilt and perfected down to the smallest detail. The owners of Formula B, Kristian Arpe-Møller and Rune Amgild Jochumsen, together with the two passionate chefs Luckas and Johan, are behind the rebuild and have been responsible for carrying on the vision - strongly complemented by lunch chairman Gustav Vilholm.
Restaurant Palægade is part of Formel Family, which also includes the restaurants Formel B, Uformel, Sletten, Chambre, lilleB and Glassalen.
