Frank Gruppen covers the restaurants Frank, Polly, Grimal and Cleo, all of which have an uncompromising approach to food and wine served at reasonable prices. We are busy at restaurant Polly and are therefore looking for an ambitious sous chef.
You will be part of a restaurant concept where we demand something of each other so that we develop. Individually and as a team. The job offers the opportunity to experiment with delicious ingredients, find seasonal flavours and help lead the kitchen team in the restaurant.

The job:
There will be many tasks besides running service with your team, of course. The job involves a lot of management of your chefs, students and assistants. In addition, your everyday life will include, but not be limited to, shift planning, developing new dishes and menus, financial management, ordering goods, cleaning, follow-up, hygiene and self-monitoring.
You'll spend your time on the floor alongside your team, taking an active role in the development and training of everyone on the team in collaboration with your head chef. In addition, together with the head chef, you will work closely with Anders Strier, the group's gastronomic manager, who will support the development of the menu.
Success is running an evening of great food, served on time, in good humour and with happy colleagues who feel motivated, inspired and recognised in your company.
There are 58 seats in restaurants open from 08:00 to 23:00, so you'll be in charge of a busy all-day restaurant in collaboration with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager.
