Right now you can be considered for the position of Sous Chef at Vækst - one of Cofoco's most popular restaurants. Our head chef for several years, Casper, is looking for a sous chef to join his team, who wants to be part of a strong team of students, chefs, a sous chef and head chef.
Vækst is located in Sankt Peders Stræde, in the centre of Copenhagen's Latin Quarter. Gastronomically, Vækst is based on the fresh vegetables and herbs of the North, but still finds joy in a good steak, the best seafood and the freshest fish.
In the position as Deputy Head of Growth, we expect you to, among other things:
- Is quality-conscious in everything that is sent out to our guests
- Solution-orientated, positive and communicative
- Speaks fluent Danish and has a Danish certificate of apprenticeship
