ABOUT THE WORKPLACE
Delphine brings the food and atmosphere of the Greek archipelago and southern Italy to the heart of Vesterbro. The restaurant's extensive menu offers fish, shellfish, meat and vegetables. Whole fish and meat are cooked on skewers on the large parilla grill and served with tzaziki, taramasalata and fresh salads. Delphine is part of Cofoco. Cofoco was founded on the belief that a good meal should not be expensive. We want to offer Copenhageners new and exciting experiences. We have been doing this since 2004, and the vision will live on in the coming years as we have several new projects in the pipeline. When we opened our first restaurant in 2004, we happened to change the entire Copenhagen restaurant scene by offering double seating, allowing us to reduce costs and offer higher quality at lower prices. Cofoco has become synonymous with the fine dining experience that always delivers more than expected. Today, we have 17 successful restaurants in Copenhagen and 650 happy employees.
ABOUT THE JOB
The student's work
With us, you'll have the opportunity to try out different types of kitchens. You'll be part of a team of motivated and dedicated colleagues. We work with fresh ingredients and cook from scratch, and we prioritise craftsmanship. We work in an efficient and structured way and have many years of experience running a la carte restaurants and training culinary students.
Expectations for the learner
You don't necessarily have to have passed the basic course at the Hotel & Restaurant School, but you are curious and have a big beating heart when it comes to cooking.
