Will you help create something truly unique when the luxurious boutique hotel Park Lane Copenhagen opens its doors on Strandvejen in Hellerup? We are now looking for a Night Porter With the right attitude, experience in tourism is a plus!
The entire building has been completely renovated from basement to attic for a three-digit million euro sum and we are currently planning how we will pamper both hotel and local guests with international atmosphere and style at a high level. We are a member of the exclusive community Small Luxury Hotels of the World, which places high demands/expectations on us to deliver both service and experiences of very high quality.
From 1 December 2024, we welcome our guests in 69 luxurious and well-appointed rooms and suites, atmospheric lounge area with wine bar, ambitious restaurant, fitness and more.
We offer an exclusive universe with attentive world-class service, international atmosphere, excellent gastronomy and plenty of space for locals and guests alike.
As our Night Porter, you'll be part of our Front Office team and help ensure our guests have the best experience with us. You will be responsible for night operations and create a safe environment for our guests.
Roles:
- Check-in/check-out of guests
- Responsible for operations at night, including end of day operations.
- Nightly fire rounds and safety checks
- Prepare upcoming shift for the morning shift
- Ad Hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- A proactive mindset and high spirits
- Service-minded and accommodating
- Fluent in and understands Danish and English
- Responsibility and decency
- You master IT at a professional level and have a positive approach to new initiatives.
- Security awareness
