Are you passionate about creating unique and customised experiences for guests in luxurious surroundings? Park Lane Copenhagen is looking for a dedicated Concierge replacement to help deliver world-class service. Primarily there will be some shifts during the summer of 2025 but it can develop into a permanent, year-round, on-call position.
Park Lane Copenhagen, located on Strandvejen in Hellerup, is an exclusive boutique hotel with 69 luxurious and well-appointed rooms, apartments and suites, atmospheric lounge area with wine bar, ambitious restaurant, fitness and more. We are a member of the prestigious Small Luxury Hotels of the World and we offer extraordinary and exclusive experiences through attentive and personalised world-class service, international atmosphere and excellent gastronomy.
As a Concierge, you will be at the centre of the guest experience at the hotel. You will meet and exceed guest expectations by customising their stay, providing excellent service and assisting with all enquiries. We are looking for a service-minded, structured and passionate Concierge who takes pride in delivering the best experience for our guests.
Roles: The working day offers many varied tasks, and of course we provide good and thorough on-boarding.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out process.
- Coordinate and prepare VIP arrivals and room allocation.
- Respond to guest enquiries via email, phone and in person.
- Assist with booking enquiries via phone, email and external portals.
- Manage guest feedback and ensure a continuous high standard of service.
- Collaborate with both internal departments and external partners to fulfil guest requests.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the local area and guide guests to memorable experiences
Qualifications:
- Experience from a similar role in the hotel or luxury segment.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to create a warm and professional atmosphere.
- Good communication skills and a keen sense of guest needs.
- Speaks and writes Danish and English - knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Familiar with IT systems and open to new digital solutions.
- Flexibility and readiness for changing working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- A service-minded personality with a smile you can feel - even over the phone.
