At The Pescatarian, we are looking for dedicated chefs who want to be part of a kitchen environment where sustainability, seasonal ingredients and the overall guest experience are at the centre.
The vast majority of our guests choose a set menu, which requires overview, structure and the ability to give diners a meal they won't forget. We work with small, thoughtful servings and focus on creating a common thread throughout the entire experience - from first bite to last impression.
We have chef trainees in the house, and it is a natural part of our daily operations to contribute to their training. You are expected to take responsibility, share your knowledge and contribute to their professional development.
