The role
We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated Coffee Shop Manager to lead one of our locations. You’ll be the culture carrier on site—elevating service, developing people, and ensuring smooth daily operations with a sharp eye for quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
Key responsibilities

Be an ambassador for our values; foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and baristas

Lead, coach, and motivate the team to perform at their best

Oversee daily operations (inventory management, waste reduction, cleanliness)

Manage shift planning, vacations, and changes (e.g., sickness)

Hire new baristas; host staff meetings and 1:1s

Drive sales initiatives and continuous optimisation
Who you are

Leadership experience in coffee shops or food & beverage

Passion for outstanding guest experiences and team development

Calm, organised, and effective in a fast-paced environment

Lead-by-example mindset; strong attention to detail, quality, and efficiency
