The entire building has been completely renovated from basement to attic for a three-digit million euro sum and we are currently planning how we will pamper both hotel and local guests with international atmosphere and style at a high level. We are a member of the exclusive community Small Luxury Hotels of the World, which places high demands/expectations on us to deliver both service and experiences of very high quality.
From 1 December 2024, we offer our guests a warm welcome in 69 luxurious and well-appointed rooms, apartments and suites, atmospheric lounge area with wine bar, ambitious restaurant, fitness and more. We offer an exclusive universe with attentive world-class service, international atmosphere, excellent gastronomy and plenty of space for both local and staying guests.
As our Concierge, your primary task will be to ensure that our guests receive a unique experience during their stay with us. Expectations are high, so it's important that you can manage many balls in the air while remaining calm. The role also involves some coordination as we are a small house and our departments work together to deliver the best value-added experience for our guests.
Roles:
- Check-in and check-out of hotel guests.
- Allocate rooms for today's arrivals and prepare for VIP arrivals.
- Responding to guest enquiries by email and phone.
- Help take bookings via phone, email and external portals.
- Follow up on guest feedback.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners.
- Assist with enquiries and provide a high level of service to our guests.
- Good knowledge of the local area.
Qualifications:
- A proactive mindset and a desire to contribute to a good atmosphere and community.
- Previous service experience preferably in the luxury segment.
- Good communication skills and a good understanding of the guest's needs.
- Speaks and writes Danish and English as a minimum, other languages are a plus.
- You master IT at a professional level and have a positive approach to new initiatives.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- You are easy to smile, also over the phone, as your role will include taking bookings online.
