As a front of house restaurant manager at Herthadalen, you'll work closely with the administrative restaurant manager behind the waiting staff. You will be part of the permanent team, which includes a large team of head waiters, waiters and runners - all with different experience and seniority. You will be responsible for setting and leading the team, and through an appreciative management style you will ensure that they act professionally, develop each other and all thrive in a good working environment.
In the role of Restaurant Manager (front of house), your primary tasks will include:
- Ensuring the day-to-day administration in the service hallway.
- Product ordering.
- Shift planning.
- Coordination with kitchen.
- Guest management - Showings & menu meetings with companies.

- Have a car - Electronic scooter or seven-mile boots (As we are located in the woods in Lejre, you need to be able to get there and back yourself - possibly via Lejre St. which is 3.5 km away).
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- Pay rate is set according to qualification.
- 37-45 hour working week.
- Flexible and independent freedom to manage your hours.
- Every third weekend off as a minimum.
