At Hallernes Smørrebrød, we serve classic Danish open sandwiches with love for the craft - made from scratch with good ingredients and genuine pride. We have been around since 2012 and are currently present in Torvehallerne, Tivoli, Kastrup Airport, Lyngby Storcenter, Rødovre Centrum and more.

You don't need to be industry trained - but if you have experience in operations, service, management or similar, it's definitely an advantage.

- Speak clearly and constructively with colleagues
- Thrives on pace and takes ownership when things get tough
Your tasks
- As a supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Shift planning and daily coordination
- Quality and self-monitoring
- Goods receipt and Wolt orders
- Daily operations and procedure building
- Collaboration with managers, colleagues and administration
You'll be the daily focal point - helping to ensure stability, atmosphere and structure in the department.
