Canteen Manager - noon Copenhagen
You are the face of our location and a guarantee of a good experience – every day.
Overall responsibility
Create an exceptional and consistent guest experience daily and during events by leading the front-of-house team with a focus on delivering world-class quality, service, and cleanliness. You will support the daily operations in one of our clients' canteens and be responsible for running events throughout the day and occasionally in the evenings. Additionally, there may be events you will participate in alongside our event team.
You will, in some cases, work independently at the client's premises but in close collaboration with the broader team.
A central focus is to build a strong relationship and collaboration with the local customer.
What we expect

We are particularly looking for individuals with strong experience in hospitality/restaurants and food handling.

It is not a requirement to speak Danish, but it is an advantage
Responsibilities
Guest Experience

Ensure a warm, professional, and friendly first impression for our guests

Handle enquiries, requests and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner

Gather and act on feedback for continuous improvement of our quality, service, and cleanliness
Operations and organisation
-
Ensure that customers have the best possible experience.

Coordinate with the kitchen and logistics to ensure timely delivery

Ensure that operational tools and checklists are used
Quality and cleanliness

Monitor all customer areas for high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

Perform regular checks and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Inventory management

Managing consumables and inventory – including beverages, service items and anything else required on site.

Working hours
Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend commitment in connection with events etc.
