As a brand, NH Collection aims to create extraordinary experiences for all guests, and we are now looking for skilled chefs for both seasonal and full-time positions to help achieve this.
As a chef at NH Collection Copenhagen, you will be part of a strong and professional team of 18 chefs. You will have a varied workday, where you will work in all areas of the kitchen: Breakfast, Restaurant, ROOF Bar & Lounge, and the hotel’s own patisserie. Our guests expect a top-tier gastronomic experience, and you will work with both classic and innovative dishes, always with the highest quality in mind. As a 5-star hotel, we place high demands on both our staff and the quality of our service.
We expect the following from you as a chef:
- You are responsible and diligent.
- You have a strong passion for cooking and a desire to work in a busy, international environment.
- You are a presentable chef who is reliable, energetic, and has a positive attitude.
- Experience from a hotel or restaurant kitchen is an advantage but not a requirement.
