In 2021, the international hotel chain Minor Hotels opened its first hotel in Scandinavia. Today, NH Collection Copenhagen stands as one of the few 5-star hotels in Copenhagen and is the only one with a DGNB Gold certification for sustainability. The student’s Role
As a student chef at NH Collection Copenhagen, you will experience a varied workday. During your internship, you will be introduced to all of the kitchen’s departments: Breakfast, Restaurant, ROOF Bar & Lounge, and the hotel’s own patisserie. 18 chefs will be ready to assist and support you throughout your apprenticeship at the hotel.
Expectations of the student
We are looking for a responsible and conscientious apprentice who is naturally curious and eager to learn in a busy, international environment. As a five-star hotel, we have high expectations for both our employees and the quality we deliver. You are therefore a well-presented individual, punctual, and preferably someone with a friendly demeanor, as we work in an open kitchen.
