In 2021, the international hotel chain Minor Hotels opened their first hotel in Scandinavia. Today, NH Collection Copenhagen is one of the few 5-star hotels in Copenhagen and the only one DGNB Gold certified for sustainability. The student's work
As a chef trainee at NH Collection Copenhagen, you will experience a versatile workday. During your internship, you will be introduced to all kitchen departments: Breakfast, Restaurant, ROOF Bar & Lounge and the hotel's own pastry shop. 18 chefs are ready to help and support your apprenticeship at the hotel.
Expectations for the learner
We are looking for a chef trainee who is responsible and conscientious. Curious by nature and has the desire to learn in a busy and international environment. As a five-star hotel, we place high demands on both our employees and the quality we deliver. Therefore, you are a presentable M/F who is stable in meetings and likes to smile easily, as we work in an open kitchen.
