Madkastellet Kantiner is looking for a chef with solid experience and flair for Danish cuisine for our canteen - starting as soon as possible.
We run the canteens in KLP's properties HUB1, HUB2 and HUB3 as well as Café Nabo and KAYs - and we are now looking for a new colleague to join our kitchen team.
The kitchen is modern and food court-based with around 200 daily diners. The focus is on flavour, ingredients and good craftsmanship - and everything is made from scratch. You'll be responsible for your own batch, in close collaboration with a kitchen assistant.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, typically between 6-15
We are looking for you who:
- Experience from similar positions, preferably in a commercial kitchen or canteen
- Has a certificate of apprenticeship as a chef - Danish or equivalent
- Have mastered the classic basic gastronomic techniques
- Thrives in a busy kitchen environment with a street food-inspired approach
- Passionate about ingredients, flavour and Danish cuisine
- Taking responsibility, playing the team stronger and contributing to a good atmosphere
