Restaurant manager for new opening LOUCHE
Are you an experienced restaurant manager with great knowledge and interest in cocktails and want to be part of one of the biggest openings of the year? Exclusive restaurant in the heart of Vesterbro's festive surroundings?
With a new restaurant opening in spring 2025, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager with in-depth knowledge of running a restaurant, bar and developing cocktails. You will play a key role in creating a unique experience for our guests and help build a strong team from scratch. The menu offers a tasting menu to choose from with exciting à la carte dishes that guests can pick and choose from as they please. There are no dogmas, but the place is inspired by the whole world - making sure that there is full focus on quality, flavour and of course using only the best ingredients. The restaurant will have room for 30 seated guests inside and, weather permitting, another 30 guests outside.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the restaurant's service and bar. You will ensure an unrivalled guest experience and help develop and execute our vision of having the most innovative cocktail menu in the city.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Lead and motivate a new team of waiters and bartenders.
- Setting the standard for our high level of service and ensuring efficient operations in the restaurant.
- Create and maintain an inspiring, creative and safe working environment.
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless experience for your guests.
- Structure team workflows and make sure new colleagues are thoroughly introduced to their tasks.
- Be responsible for key figures, budgets and KPIs and be able to translate them into real actions in operations.
We therefore expect you to:
- Experience as a restaurant manager from one or more similar positions.
- Is an inspiring and likeable leader who is able to build and continuously develop a strong and well-functioning team.
- Have a passion for gastronomy and cocktails in particular and preferably have experience with innovative cocktail concepts.
- Keen on key metrics and experienced in managing budgets and KPIs in operations.
- A team player who is passionate about creating an unforgettable experience for you and our guests.
