Restaurant Manager for the new opening of LOUCHE
Are you an experienced restaurant manager with extensive knowledge and interest in cocktails? Do you want to be part of one of the biggest openings of the year? An exclusive restaurant in the heart of Vesterbro’s lively surroundings!
This spring 2025, a new restaurant is opening, and we are looking for an experienced and passionate restaurant manager with in-depth knowledge of both restaurant and bar operations, as well as cocktail development. You will play a central role in creating a unique experience for our guests and be involved in building a strong team from the ground up. The menu will feature a tasting menu with exciting à la carte dishes that guests can choose from freely. There are no rules— the restaurant is inspired by the world’s diverse flavors, with a strong focus on quality, taste, and using only the best ingredients. The restaurant will have space for 30 seated guests inside, and when the weather permits, an additional 30 guests outside.
As the restaurant manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation and leadership of the restaurant’s service and bar. You will ensure an exceptional guest experience and help execute our vision of offering the city’s most innovative cocktail menu.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a new team of servers and bartenders.
- Setting the standard for our high level of service and ensuring efficient restaurant operations.
- Creating and maintaining an inspiring, creative, and safe work environment.
- Working closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
- Structuring the team’s workflows and ensuring new colleagues are thoroughly introduced to their roles.
- Taking responsibility for key figures, budgets, and KPIs and being able to translate them into actionable items in the operation.
We expect that you:
- Have experience as a restaurant manager in similar positions.
- Are an inspiring and likable leader who can build and continuously develop a strong, well-functioning team.
- Have a passion for both gastronomy and cocktails, and ideally, experience with innovative cocktail concepts.
- Are sharp with key figures and have experience managing budgets and KPIs in operations.
- Are a team player who is passionate about creating an unforgettable experience for guests.
