Seasonal chef for Sølyst - Spring-Summer 2024
We are looking for a passionate chef for our Spring-Summer seasonwho are passionate about creating gastronomic experiences in unique settings. At Sølyst you'll have the opportunity to work with customised menus for both large and small events - from exclusive weddings to intimate parties and corporate events.
During the season, you will be a central part of the kitchen at Sølyst - The Royal Shooting Rangewhere you, together with a dedicated team, create memorable experiences in beautiful surroundings overlooking the Øresund.
Your work tasks:
- Preparing and serving food for a variety of events
- Menu development in collaboration with the team
- Ensuring high quality, presentation and service
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
We are looking for you who:
- Thrive in a dynamic team and work well under pressure
- Is creative and passionate about gastronomy
- Experienced in customising menus for different events
- Have a clean criminal record
- Flexibility in terms of shifts
