Our kitchen, awarded with two Michelin stars and a Green Star, is rooted in respect for the seasons, the land, and the produce from our own gardens. Now we are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at this unique workplace.
We are now looking for a Sous Chef for the season 2026. As Sous Chef you will play a central role in the daily operation of the kitchen. You will work closely with our Head Chef in menu development, organisation of service, and training of the brigade. You will help ensure that every detail - from mise en place to presentation - lives up to our standards of precision, creativity, and sustainability.

- Are a trained chef with solid experience from fine dining at a high international level
- Thrive in a structured and detail-oriented environment
- Can manage a team with calm authority and motivate colleagues in a busy kitchen
- Have a deep respect for raw materials and sustainability in cooking
