Assistant Manager for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs canteen

The MFA is looking for a committed and quality-conscious sous chef for our canteen, where we serve 600-900 colleagues daily and provide high standard catering for meetings. Here you will be part of a small, strong team where co-operation and community are paramount.
Your role as deputy manager
As a sous chef, you will be a central part of everyday life in the canteen. Together with the head chef and the rest of the team, you'll help ensure quality and efficient operations - both when it comes to lunch service and meeting service.
Your primary tasks:
- Assisting the Head Chef in day-to-day management and operations.
- Ensure high quality and creativity in lunch and meeting catering.
- Carry out practical tasks such as maintaining coffee machines in the main building and the Mansion.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient workday in close co-operation with the team.

- You have experience as a sous chef or in a similar role.
- You are creative, service-minded and work in a structured way.
- You thrive in a small team and actively contribute to the good atmosphere.
- You are responsible and have a stable and flexible approach to your work.
- You can obtain or already have a security clearance.
