Our head chef, Casper, who has been with us for several years, is looking for a sous chef to join his team, which includes apprentices, chefs, a sous chef, and a head chef.
Vækst is located in Sankt Peders Stræde, in the heart of Copenhagen’s Latin Quarter. Gastronomically, Vækst focuses on fresh Nordic vegetables and herbs, but still enjoys a good steak, the best shellfish, and the freshest fish.
As sous chef at Vækst, we expect that you:
