About the roles
As Assistant GM, you'll be a natural link between servers and general manager. You take responsibility for both operations and the atmosphere on the floor - and thrive in the role of visible leader. You have an overview, a smile on your face and the courage to take part in the administrative tasks that come with a busy season.

- Has industry experience and the ability to keep a cool head when the pace picks up
- Are between 25-32 years old and want to develop yourself in a serious and sociable workplace
- Can provide confidence and direction in a team
- Have a natural desire to provide guests with a professional and personalised experience
- See the value in training others and making them shine
- Taking pride in knowing your regulars - and making new ones feel at home
