Feed Bistro is a modern bistro concept with a focus on high quality, strong products and a clear business understanding. We work at a fast pace with lots of energy and 800-1000 guests a week - and now we're looking for a Head Chef to take full responsibility for the kitchen's operation and development.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for:
- The daily operations and professional level of the kitchen.
- Finance, product ordering and self-checking.
- Menu development and process optimisation.
- Management and motivation of the entire kitchen team.
- Collaboration across departments with a focus on structure and flow.
- Ensuring the concept lives and breathes on the plate - every day.

- A skilled chef with several years of experience as a head chef or sous chef in a busy kitchen.
- Have a strong understanding of both operations and business.
