About the position
Between Copenhagen's vibrant Latin Quarter and the historic city centre opens 1 Hotel Copenhagen with 282 rooms (including 30 suites), a signature restaurant and bar led by a Green Michelin-starred chef, the nature-inspired Bamford Wellness Spa, an urban garden with bio hotel - and easy access to the city's parks and museums by bike.
Sum servant you're a key player in the guest experience and restaurant vibe. You know your menu like the back of your hand, can read the mood of the room and create an atmosphere that is relaxed and stylish - never pretentious. You work closely with colleagues to make service smooth, energetic and memorable.
We expect you to

Delivering authentic, attentive and personalised service

Experience taking orders and serving food and drinks

Creates a warm, relaxed atmosphere with a high level of professionalism - adapting tone and style to the room

Ensure clean, well-laid tables and attention to detail before and during service

Know the whole food and drink menu and provide honest, tailored recommendations

Works closely with kitchen and guest relations for a seamless, personalised experience

Create small, meaningful interactions that make guests feel seen and welcomed

Handles special requests, diets and concerns calmly and efficiently

Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the guest experience at the centre

Is flexible in relation to a 24-hour operation (mornings, evenings and weekends as needed)
