Skanderborg Park is beautifully located in the middle of nature with stunning views of Skanderborg Lake. We are currently expanding with a conference hall for 250 guests and 37 new hotel rooms. With many conference rooms, several restaurant rooms and in the future 107 rooms, we have many simultaneous activities with business guests and companies.
Skanderborg Park is owned by Finanssektorens Uddannelsescenter, which is our largest customer.
Work tasks
- Together with the head chef, ensure day-to-day management and operations
- Development and training of kitchen students and skilled caterers and chefs
- Quality assurance and development of work processes together with the head chef
We expect you to
- Experience from a similar position - preferably in a conference hotel with high professional and ethical standards
- Are a skilled chef and know your craft inside out
- Both have a good overview and an eye for detail
- Is organised, structured and has an eye for economy and waste
- Experienced in keeping the kitchen running smoothly at large events such as weddings
- Are sociable in your approach with all business partners
