About the roles
At SERWIZ, the HR team's core task each month is to ensure correct and timely payroll. Our payroll processing is outsourced to Visma, and you will – along with the rest of the payroll team – be the link between the operational organisation and Visma. The job is both routine and developmental: we standardise and digitise, while each payroll run presents new details.
Your work tasks

Process payroll according to our payroll process and ensure correct master data

Respond to ad hoc pay queries from operations (verbally/in writing)

Translate agreements into clear pay principles (e.g. free choice, time recording, holiday/public holiday, etc.)

Troubleshooting and resolving issues in data and system flows

Act as a backup and sparring partner in the team

Contribute to continuous process optimisation, data quality and digitalisation
Your profile

Experience with data flow, master data, and ideally payroll processing – most important is that you love working with data

Precise, responsible and good at meeting deadlines

Strong desire for automation and process improvements – you're happy to think “outside the box”

Thrives with regular routines and repetitive tasks – without losing curiosity

Familiarity with collective agreements and payroll/time recording systems

Proficient Excel user and at home in Office 365
