Responsibilities:
Reporting to our General Manager Jamie, you will have overall responsibility for the operation of the lobby bar team, technology and housekeeping. At Roberta's Society, things move fast and you will be expected to prioritise the many different tasks that an opening always entails. Roberta's Society in Aarhus will be the first opening in a series. An important role will be to motivate and support the team in always offering the best solutions to the house guests.
- Manager responsible for around 34 employees
- Responsible for technology and systems
- Budget responsible for own areas
- Close co-operation with the entire house and part of the management team
- Connecting with the local community, networks and partners
- Ensure that all guests have a good experience at all times and that Roberta's Society concept and desire to be a local gathering point is realised
Dig:
There are several different approaches to the job, but the ability to juggle several different balls, lead from the front, be service-minded and not too good to lend a hand everywhere are essential. We would like you to have +5 years of hotel/hospitality experience, +2 years as a manager. Maybe you're a reception manager or team leader ready for the next step? You are used to working with SOPs and skilled at training and coaching employees.
