About the position
As a Duty Manager Intern (starting in January/February 2026) you will be a central part of the operations at Zoku Copenhagen. You will act as the link between management and the team of Sidekicks (our operational team) and ensure that everything runs smoothly - both on the floor and behind the scenes.
Your tasks will include:

Being hands-on on the floor and supporting Sidekicks in delivering the full Zoku experience

Troubleshoot challenges, coordinate tasks and ensure compliance with safety procedures

Coaching, training and motivating the team in Zoku's values and service culture

Taking responsibility across Rooms Division and F&B - including liaising with housekeeping and handling restaurant reservations and payments

To help develop and improve processes with an "Always Beta" mentality
We expect you to

Are a student on a hospitality programme and have a mandatory management internship of minimum 6 months

Experience in the hotel or restaurant industry

Fluent in English (other languages a plus)

Are an EU citizen or have a valid work permit in Denmark

Are sociable, empathetic and thrive in an international environment

Can start in January/February 2026 and is flexible with working hours
