Experienced waiter wanted for atmospheric Brede Spisehus
In the heart of the historic Brede Værk is Brede Spisehus - an atmospheric restaurant with attentive service, high professionalism and gastronomy with attitude and heart. We are part of Madkastellet, where seasonal ingredients are turned into unique guest experiences and memorable parties.
We are now looking for a skilled waiter - or someone with 2 years of solid experience - who wants to elevate our hospitality and create a fantastic setting for both intimate dinners and large events.
Your tasks with us will include:
- Welcoming our guests with personality, presence and professional pride
- Ensure smooth, professional and warm service for both à la carte and corporate events
- Guiding and presenting wine and menu with confidence and passion
- Working closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team to ensure the guest experience is always top notch
- Take co-responsibility for the development and training of younger colleagues and replacements
We are looking for you who:
- Are a trained waiter - or have strong experience in the industry
- Has an eye for detail and loves to provide service with presence and quality
- Can keep an overview in a busy and versatile house with many guests
- Is positive, engaged and contributes to a good team atmosphere
- Have an interest in wine, gastronomy and a desire for professional development
