About the position
Kanalhuset is looking for a trained chef with a keen interest in food and production, where everything is made from scratch. You are curious, have an overview, thrive in a team and work independently. The position is full-time.
We serve breakfast, lunch, open sandwiches, cakes, communal dining at 19.00 and dessert - all made with love for food and ingredients. The food changes from day to day.
Kanalhuset is a small hotel in Christianshavn (opened May 2020) with 14 apartments and 12 hotel rooms. Every evening at 19.00 we set the table for communal dining in the dining room with room for 100 guests.
