About the role
Join our in-house pastry team at one of our exclusive clients in central Copenhagen. We produce bread, laminated pastries, cakes, chocolates and candies for two in-house cafés/bakeries, a state-of-the-art meeting & conference centre and a rooftop venue. You will own the production and baking of laminated dough across departments in a high-volume, methodical pastry kitchen.
Key responsibilities

Work with laminated and yeasted doughs (croissants, Danish pastry, cardamom buns, cinnamon rolls, speciality items)

Manage the full process from production and proofing to baking

Ensure consistent quality, cleanliness and optimal stock levels

Follow high standards of food safety and hygiene

Order and maintain stock of raw ingredients
Who you are

Punctual and comfortable with early mornings

A responsible professional who takes initiative in your section

Consistent, precise and craftsmanship-driven with strong attention to detail

A clear communicator who collaborates well across multiple teams

Experienced in bakery/pastry production, eager to learn and share knowledge

Full-time position (37 hours/week)

Working hours: Monday-Friday 04:00-12:00 (most weekends off)
