At Hotel Strandparken & Restaurant Blossom in Holbæk, we are looking for a skilled chef to join our team, who will help set the direction for the day-to-day running of our restaurant and our conference and banqueting department. We are an exciting and evolving organisation with many different types of guests - and we need you to ensure that they have a strong culinary experience with a focus on quality and professionalism.
You will be an important part of a team where we work with Seasonal ingredients and develop our menus with an eye for both flavour and sustainability - and not least to minimise food waste. If you have ideas and input on how we can improve in this area, we would love to hear from you.
As a chef, you will be an active part of menu development in close dialogue with our head chef and your colleagues. This gives you ample opportunity to influence the dishes and contribute to our gastronomic profile. At the same time, you'll help train our apprentices - something we attach great importance to - and ensure that they get a solid professional ballast.
