About the position
Do you dream of working in a creative and sweet universe where quality, taste, and craftsmanship go hand in hand? At Popsicle, we are looking for you who love creating delicious cakes and ice cream – and who thrives in a busy, but cosy environment filled with great colleagues and happy customers.
Together with our head pastry chef, Emily, you will become a key player in production and for the staff. You will participate in the entire process, from idea and development to the finished product that is presented in the shop. Here you will have the opportunity to utilise your professional skills and make your mark on our product range.
During absences and holiday periods, you will step in as being responsible for both production and the team. Therefore, we are looking for someone with ambition, a sense of responsibility, and a desire to take on leadership when required.
Oh Popsicle
At Popsicle, we make homemade ice lollies, cheesecakes and other sweet treats, which we develop and create in production according to the season and our mood.
We produce everything according to our own recipes and sell with a big smile in the shop at the entrance to Aarhus Street Food.
We expect you to:
- Trained confectioner, baker, chef, ice cream maker or similar
- Has a solid interest in product development and the quality of craftsmanship
- Contributes with good humour and a positive attitude – even when things are busy
- Flexible and maintains an overview.
- Can work effectively and at a high pace
- Responsible, independent, and a team player.
We offer
- 37 hours, Monday to Friday approx. 07:00–16:00; occasional evening and weekend shifts may occur
