Green chef wanted for ambitious staff restaurant in Hellerup!
To the happy customers of Good Flavour In Tuborg Harbour we are looking for a skilled chef. We are a small, solid team who lease this one canteen - and have done so for many years. Canteen experience is an advantage, but not a requirement; most important is that you are ambitious on behalf of both yourself and our guests.
About the kitchen
- Healthy profile with solid craftsmanship and great variety
- Lunch for around 400-500 guests daily and dinner for fewer
- Meeting catering as well as parties and celebrations - both in house and out of house
Your role
- Help plan and produce daily menus with a focus on seasonality and vegetables
- Ensure a stable production flow, good flavour and neat presentation in the buffet/delivery
- Contribute to meeting catering, parties and special events
- Participate in self-inspection, hygiene and continuous quality control
- Assist with purchasing and inventory management and actively work to minimise food waste
(Work is predominantly daytime; evening tasks may occur in connection with events and evening meals).

- Is strong in the green kitchen - it's very important to us
- Are professionally curious, structured and quality-conscious
- Thrives in a small team, takes responsibility and communicates clearly
- Canteen experience - preferred, but not necessary
