Hallernes Smørrebrød has existed since 2012 and is today represented in Torvehallerne, Lyngby Storcenter, Tivoli Food Hall, Magasin, and Rødovre Centrum. We are proud to be known for quality, guest focus, and classic open-faced sandwiches in modern surroundings.
Your key tasks:
- Operational day-to-day management
- Workforce planning, training, and visible leadership on the shop floor
- Ensure smooth operation, quality and excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Follow-up on KPIs and optimisation of operations and processes
- Actively participate in production and ensure correct presentation of sandwiches
- Close co-operation with the operations manager and other managers in the chain
We are looking for you who:
- Has solid experience with team leadership in kitchen and/or restaurant environments
- Thrives with a busy workload and understands how to motivate and structure in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes responsibility, shows the way – and is a positive and clear leader.
- Has business acumen and can manage purposefully towards key figures and results
- Loves open-faced sandwiches and values quality, precision, and presentation.
- Speaks and writes fluent Danish
