About the position
We are looking for a Head Chef for our canteen in Aalborg. Here we prepare daily lunch buffets and meeting services for approx. 300 diners. You will be primarily responsible for the daily operation of a team of 5 employees - and is actively involved in production. Working hours: Monday-Friday 07:00-15:00.

Your responsibilities

  • Employee management and daily operations coordination

  • Creating rosters and recording absences

  • Purchasing via procurement portal and inventory management

  • Financial management on contract

  • Self-monitoring and high food safety

  • Ongoing dialogue and close collaboration with the customer

Your profile

  • Outgoing, creative and an attentive leader who inspires his team

  • Solid operational experience and structured approach - attention to detail and guest needs

  • Motivates high service levels and thrives when there is a lot going on at once

  • Dedicated and innovative - with respect for classic cuisine

  • Relationship builders who build strong customer collaboration

  • Advantage: fluent in Danish and English
