You will be the first face our guests meet and the one who follows them all the way from idea and planning to the beautiful setting of the party. It's all about detail, presence and a high level of service - whether we're planning a wedding, a birthday or a conference.
About the position (Your tasks)

Prepare offers for customers and advise on the possibilities at Skovriderkroen

Organising tours of our premises and facilities

Plan events in close dialogue with customers and ensure all details are in place

Follow events all the way from booking to execution

Be present on the floor during events and make sure everything is running smoothly

Collaborate closely with colleagues in both operations and management to create smooth processes
We expect you to (About you)

Experience in event coordination and planning - preferably from the hotel, restaurant or event industry

Is structured, detail-orientated and keeps an overview, even when there are many balls in the air

Is a strong communicator who builds trust and confidence with customers

Thrives on combining office work with being on the floor during execution

Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends
