As a Shift Leader at Hubb Kitchens, you are both a leader and an active part of the team. You ensure the day starts in a structured way, deliveries are in place, and your team knows exactly what it takes to deliver high-quality food experiences. Your role is to coordinate, follow procedures, take the lead in operations and create energy and cohesion in an international kitchen environment.
We expect you to
- Experience in the kitchen or service industry, preferably in a management role
- Thrive on making quick decisions and staying on top of things in a fast-paced environment
- Are hands-on and ready to take charge of the kitchen
- Works in a structured way and follows procedures to ensure quality and efficiency
- Is a motivational leader who leads by example and creates a positive work environment
- Want to develop yourself - and help others grow in the role
