About the position
As Head Chef, you will be fully responsible for the daily management and operation of the kitchen in Restaurant Teaterkælderen under Det Ny Teater. You drive the development of the kitchen and ensure continuous high quality across both à la carte and larger companies.

About Restaurant Teaterkælderen
Restaurant Teaterkælderen is located in the former stage basement of the New Theatre and offers guests a total experience. The restaurant seats around 220 à la carte guests and the banqueting area can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. We serve both individual guests and groups - in connection with a visit to the theatre or independently.
