Do you want to help deliver Denmark's most exclusive Take Away? By Cortsen was founded in 2015 by Mads Cortsen, who has had a great love for the gastronomic universe since his youth. Over the years, the business has grown on all parameters and today consists of over 20 employees at a location in Hvidovre and an office in Aalborg. The business is still in rapid development and the vision is clear: aDeliver Europe's most extraordinary and exclusive gastronomic experiences in a private setting
This vision is realised through four concepts: Private Dining - Tailor Made - Take Away - Snacks
We are looking for a talented chef or chef assistant to become an important part of our kitchen team, responsible for producing both Take Away and Private Dining.
Our Take Away concept was launched in January 2022 and has since experienced great success and growing demand. Today, we deliver nationwide on both Friday and Saturday, which is where you come in.
Your work tasks
- Prep, preparation and execution of Take Away and Private Dining
- Primarily production for Take Away
- Help with events, in-house events and gastronomic experiences
- Practical kitchen tasks including cleaning and maintenance
Who are you?
- You are preferably a trained chef, but this is not a requirement. Experience weighs heavily
- You have a keen interest in the world's finest ingredients and know how to present them with respect and care
- You are independent, structured, flexible and thrive on responsibility
- You are motivated by working in a fast-paced company with big ambitions
- You value the strong social community we have built
