Are you our new chef/sous chef?

About the position
We are busy and are therefore looking for a dedicated chef/sous chef to join our team. If you are a team player who values quality and good guest experiences, then you are the one we are looking for.

As our chef/sous chef, you'll have a varied workday with à la carte, parties, conferences and meetings. We are proud of our kitchen, which combines creative dishes with classic preparation of fresh, seasonal and preferably local ingredients.

We expect you to

  • Have solid experience from a similar position

  • Are ambitious and passionate about your work

  • Passionate about serving guests at a high level

  • Understand how to motivate and develop yourself and your team

  • Is curious, smiling and contributes positively to the team

  • Willing to learn from you - we train students and prioritise the continuation of the profession

  • Stay on top of things during busy periods and find the extra gear when needed

  • Is creative and follows current trends

Hotel Marina has an à la carte restaurant with a focus on quality, creative dishes and classic preparations. We also offer a wide selection of beers and wines and always make sure to give guests the best experience.

Hotel Marina is part of Danske Hoteller A/S, which consists of 26 individual inns and hotels. The chain offers quality experiences at reasonable prices - from corporate stays and conferences to romantic stays and family holidays. We prioritise employee well-being and we train many apprentices every year to contribute to the development of the industry.
