Food waste creates sustainable lunch experiences for approx. 2,000 daily visitors in whole Greater Copenhagen. About the roles
Sum Customer Coordinator You are the link between customers, kitchen and operations. You ensure a smooth day-to-day, from onboarding to daily contact and handling of urgent enquiries. The position is office-based in Glostrup in a smaller team where we work closely together and help each other through a dynamic daily routine.
Working hours: Monday–Friday at. 08:00–16:00.
Your primary tasks

Daily contact person for customers; handle inquiries quickly and professionally

Warehousing Emergency phone and resolve acute customer problems

Proactive customer care and follow-up – retention and activation

Onboarding of new customers and introduction to our solutions

Enter/update daily orders and changes

Rewrite, publish and upload weekly menus

Close cooperation with the kitchen and operations regarding customer requests and deliveries

Create structure and good service in all processes
We imagine that you
-
Experience from the kitchen, catering, or restaurant and basic knowledge of food.

Has experience in customer service, administration, or coordination

Is structured, works safely with deadlines and juggles multiple tasks

Communicates clearly in Danish and English (written/spoken)

Solution-oriented and maintains an overview in a busy everyday life

Thrives in close proximity to colleagues and is passionate about creating value for customers

Good has Data discipline and experience with different IT systems
-
Ideally, have a couple of years' experience in a similar role and are motivated by responsibility.
