Finance manager with a passion for numbers, accounting and budgets - are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an experienced finance professional who is ready to become a manager - preferably with a background as a controller from the construction or hospitality industry. You will be a key player in our management team and contribute to the company's continued success and development.
As our future Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Support the different departments in the building in financial management
- Facilitate and take responsibility for departmental budgets
- Constantly monitor figures and adjust forecasts and segment analyses for upcoming months, years and longer time horizons
- Stay ahead instead of looking in the rear-view mirror
- Lead a team consisting of two employees and 2 student assistants
- Attend board meetings where you communicate goals, budgets and financial results together with the hotel manager
- Report directly to the Hotel Director
We see you have At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, be it hotel, restaurant, film, theme park or department store or other. You are analytical and systematic. Understanding and respect for the different workflows in the departments
- A modern leader

- Strong understanding of kitchen percentages, revenue management and HR-related tasks
- Maybe you're currently a deputy or assistant finance manager and are ready to take the next step in your career
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical thinker with an eye for detail
