About the role
As Restaurant Manager, you're the daily anchor for our front-of-house team - setting the tone, leading by example, and making sure the mood, flow, and service are always on point.
You'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the team is well-trained, motivated, and ready to deliver top-notch experiences - every night.
Your key responsibilities include

Creating and managing staff schedules in EasyTable

Ensuring solid team coverage with the Assistant Restaurant Manager

Onboarding and offboarding employees

Training, motivating, and developing waiters and shift leaders

Handling internal and guest-related conflicts professionally

Communicating new initiatives and operational updates

Ordering supplies and maintaining organised stock levels

Prepping and managing the bar - we don't run out on your watch

Supporting the GM with menu updates, operational status, and ad hoc tasks
What does your week look like?
You'll spend approximately 10 hours on administrative tasks and the rest - around 27 hours - leading from the floor, typically spread across 4 shifts per week.
Your presence in the restaurant is key: visible, available, and actively involved.
