About the position
Kayak Bar is looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant and bar team (approx. 30 employees during summer and approx. 10 during winter). You are the captain of the dock and ensure a great experience for the guests - whether they enjoy a concert, party, dinner and drinks in the restaurant or on the pontoons in the canal. The position is approximately 90 % on the floor and 10 % admin (more admin for many new hires). You'll work closely with the operational manager and the administrative team on everything from concerts, meetings and celebrations of life to St. Hans on the water and Lucia in Kayak on 13 December. Working hours vary throughout the week.

About Kayak Bar
Open all year round with extra busy summer: approx. 500 guests outdoors and 200 indoors. Located in the heart of Copenhagen, under Knippelsbro, directly by the canals in protected and historic surroundings. The premises are right on the water - with palm trees and floating pontoons. We are a restaurant, bar, café, lunch spot, meeting point for kayakers and a venue. We host concerts, events, record releases, meetings, corporate events, festivals, weddings, christenings, etc. Kayak Bar has a heart - there's room for everyone.
