About the position
Epicurus is looking for sharp and dedicated runners / commis for part-time positions who will be part of an ambitious service team with a focus on precision, speed, and quality.
This is a role for you if you want to learn the trade from scratch – or build on your experience in an environment where the standard is high, and where there are clear expectations for both effort and development.
The situation
As a runner/commis, you are an essential part of the service team, ensuring operations run smoothly and in an organised manner. You will work closely with the waiters and the kitchen, helping to ensure flow, timing, and presentation in all servings.
The position is part-time with flexibility regarding shifts – typically 1-2 shifts per week.
