Sous Chef wanted for Feed Bistro - are you ready to take the next step in your career?
Feed Bistro is a modern bistro concept with a focus on high quality, strong products and a clear business understanding. We work at a fast pace with lots of energy and 800-1000 guests a week - and now we are looking for a deputy headwho want to help elevate our kitchen and ensure daily quality and structure.
As sous chef, you'll be the right-hand man to the head chef and a key person in both the operation and development of our kitchen. You lead from the front, keep an overview of service and ensure that the team performs - even when the pace is high.
Your tasks will include:
- Daily operation and management of the kitchen together with the head chef.
- Quality assurance and workflow optimisation.
- Responsibility for product ordering and self-checking.
- Co-development of menus and new dishes.
- Motivation and training of the rest of the team.
- Collaboration across the house with a focus on flow and common goals.
Who are you?
- You are a skilled chef with solid experience - maybe you are already a sous chef or ready to take the leap.
- You're organised, responsible and understand the importance of a sharp mise en place.
- You are a team player who thrives on responsibility and wants to develop yourself and your team.
- You love cooking from scratch and are passionate about craftsmanship and quality.
- You have the courage to be part of an ambitious, fast-paced setup with many guests every week.
