About the position
We are looking for an experienced full-time Bartender to join an Italian-inspired café bar in the heart of Copenhagen.
Our café bar brings together quality drinks, Italian flavors, and warm hospitality in a relaxed yet professional setting. You will be part of a skilled team where consistency, service, and guest experience are central to daily operations.
Your responsibilities

Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages with precision and consistency

Supporting daily lunch and evening service with focus on pace, quality, and guest interaction

Using barista skills when needed, including preparing high-quality espresso-based coffee

Keeping the bar and beverage stations clean, stocked, and well-organized

Guiding guests through our drinks, wines, and menu in a professional and personal manner

Working in provided uniform or approved professional attire
We are looking for someone who

Has solid experience as a bartender

Has barista competencies and is comfortable working with espresso machines

Is calm, friendly, and efficient during busy service periods

Is proactive, service-minded, and a strong team player

Speaks English fluently; Danish is an advantage

Values quality, hospitality, and teamwork
